Each tablet is the equivalent sweetening of 1 teaspoon of sugar, *but* contains 0.075g of carb (13 tablets makes 1g). It's as close to a 0-carb version as there is currently on the market. For those who prefer other sweeteners (some people do prefer others) the tablet version is usually lowest in carb.
